- Naotejian is a new health-care product
for children, elder and brainworkers to improve brain nutrition
and body development. It is a high-grade product applying the
newest biological engineering and processing technology and has
been patented in China (No. CN1098626A). All of the products will
be sold domestically in the first 2 years after the project putting
into operation and 30% of that will be export since year 2004.
- The project will be set up in Fangshan
Industrial Development Zone, Beijing, China. The Feasibility Study
Report has been completed. Total investment cost is 8.92 million
US$, Annual turnover is 12.31 million US$, annual profit is 2.75
million US$. Tax is 0 till year 2003. The pay back period of Investment
cost is in 3 years. According to the evaluation by using UNIDO's
Computer Model for Feasibility Analysis and Reporting System (Expert
COMFAR III), the NPV is 7.31 million US$ at 12.00% discount rate;
IRR is 47.51%;
