- DESCRIPTION:
- This project is sponsored by Dongbao Mountain
Cement Plant which was built in 1985. The plant is a middle scale
construction material plant subordinating to Agriculture Industry
of Fujian Province. Now the annual production reaches 264,000
tons with the total assets of 65,830,000 RMB and the asset liability
ratio is 58%. The plant owned 2591 workers including 90 professional
technical personnels. In 1997, the plant produced 1,112,000 tons
of cement with the sales income of 276,740 thousand RMB. Making
use of the local raw material of anthracite, the project will
improve the market competition and developing strength reserve
of the plant, raise the quality of the product. It is planned
to build a new type rotary kiln cement production line with production
of 1000 T/D, which will make use of the know-how of anthracite
to improve the technical level and competition. According to the
preliminary financial evaluation, the IRR is 20.79%, pay back
period is 6.3 years and the break-even point is 37.06%.
