DESCRIPTION:
This is a nutrition-health-care medicine production project. With the newest biological engineering and processing technology, and using fresh animal bones and effective composition of natural plant as raw material, the products will supply high-content of Calcium, abundant mineral material, trace element, vitamin, etc., which will be great beneficial to the human body. There will be a good market prospect with time goes on and health-care is being taken more and more attention. All of the products will be sold domestically in the first 2 years and 30% of that will be export since year 2003.
The project will be set up in Fangshan Industrial Development Zone, Beijing, China. The Feasibility Study Report has been completed. Total investment cost is 6.10 million US$, Annual turnover is 5.2 million US$, annual profit is 1.37 million US$. Tax is 0 till year 2004. The pay back period of Investment cost is in 3 years. According to the evaluation by using UNIDO's Computer Model for Feasibility Analysis and Reporting System (Expert COMFAR III), the NPV is 3.77 million US$ at 12.00% discount rate; IRR is 38.10%;
