DESCRIPTION:
Direct Reduction Ironmaking is characterized by consistent composition, low harmful elements etc, can be used to substitute scrap for major charges and additions when electric furnace melting quality steels, alloy steels and special steels. As the development of steel and iron industry and the improvement of continuous casting and continuous rolling technology, Scrap, especially quality scrap for electric furnaces is more and more shortage, the develop to Direct Reduction Ironmaking is imperative. The project uses a patented technology - CRIMM combined palletizing method with international advanced level, can form a capability of 150Kt/a sponge-iron. The project investment totals about 25 million US$. According to the analysis and authentication of MINI COMFAR III of UNIDO, the project will have an average annual income from sales of 25.5 million US$, an average annual profit and tax of 7.0 million US$ and an average annual profit after taxation of 6.2 million US$, a full-investment internal income rate of 31.26% and a net cash flow of 36.5 million US$ ( the discount rate is 10%).
