　　本报北京3月18日电(记者程刚)针对商务部禁止可口可乐并购汇源的裁决，中国欧盟商会希望商务部能在近期予以公布该次审查结果的细节和禁止此项收购的具体原因。
　　中国欧盟商会在今天晚间发表的一份评论中说，该商会一直密切关注中国商务部对可口可乐公司收购中国汇源公司反垄断审查活动及其今日公布的禁止此项集中的决定。
　　这份评论说，中国欧盟商会支持中国商务部在裁决中所述的保护市场公平竞争的审查目的，但商会相信这一目的的最佳实现方式应该是：通过放宽限制、增加透明度以及降低进入市场和扩大投资行为的门槛，欢迎更多的国际投资者进入中国市场。
　　中国欧盟商会表示，在相关的决策过程中，放宽对外资的限制并提高透明度，这两点将确保中国消费者和工商业界与世界其他地区同步享用最新的技术和服务，由此为实现中国的可持续发展目标做出贡献。该商会认为，在促进中国国内的市场竞争和创新以及确保中国经济未来长期发展方面，平等地获得国际领先的工业技术标准至关重要。
