Production-oriented foreign funded enterprises enjoy an income tax holiday.
Regarding non-production oriented enterprises with operations exceeding 10 years, income tax will be levied starting five years after corporate operation. For those enterprises below 10 years, income tax will be collected three years after corporate operation.
